Primary Packaging
For the production of films for primary packaging the Schlüter Print Shop uses UV flexographic printing technology. The products of this innovative printing process are comparable with those of gravure printing. The use of radically hardening UV colours makes it possible to print without the use of solvents. The UV flexographic printing machines we use feature short set-up times and are thus ideal for small runs. Photopolymer printing plates are used. Printing is infinitely variable with up to 5 colours. The following materials can be printed on: aluminium, paper, OPP plastic, polyester, cellophane or composite films.
We guarantee great flexibility and fast reaction to clients’ needs over the long-term with in-house pre-printing and printing plate production. This also allows us to provide the same quality for subsequent printing jobs.
