Thanks to specialization and processes specially optimized for pharmaceutical packaging material, the Schlüter Print Shop offers clients great flexibility and reliable service. The 33 total units on the 2 to 10 colour high-performance offset machines provide excellent productivity and error-free, dependable printing of single- and multi-colour packaging materials. Folding machines with integrated code readers make a variety of folding combinations possible according to clients’ specific needs. Even large format package enclosures can be folded extremely compactly into outserts. Fully automatic cutting and finishing units process up to 5 million package enclosures every day.
Adhesive binding with integrated security seals and finishing on special punching units yield high-quality booklets with minimal spine thicknesses and a clean cut. Consistently high quality is guaranteed thanks to sophisticated in-process and end quality control, extremely well trained employees, a high level of automation and the most modern technology.
